Dynamic Thumbnail not working?

I found the parent ID to my "Movies" library and the poster.png looks fine in there (collage of 4 movies), but on my dashboard I see some other movie I don't even have in my library (Attached).  Any ideas how that came to be and how I can fix it?  I did a search for missing metadata and rescanned the library, but it still shows the attached pic for some reason, even after rebooting the server.  

 

Edit: things were working fine until I hit that delete folders bug from the library - after I had to add all my paths back, it never returned the original picture.  Running latest 3.2.8.12 beta.

What do you mean by parent id and what did you do with that information?

I followed this guide to see how it all worked and then checked the poster.png file and it's accurate - for some reason the Movies library isn't looking at the right parent ID poster.png
