Collections seems to crash emby-server if you browse "too much"

I'm using the Collections addon for movies because it's ab fab.

 

But I'm browsing around my collections and... it crashes emby-server.

 

I'm not sure the ACTUAL cause here, but the consistent error message I see in the server log always says along the lines of...

2017-03-24 23:03:18.0366 Error ProviderManager: IOException saving to /var/lib/emby-server/data/collections/REDACTED/fanart.jpg. Sharing violation on path /var/lib/emby-server/data/collections/REDACTED/fanart.jpg. Will retry saving to /var/lib/emby-server/metadata/library/dd/dde502119ec4e676eeee3927c642ea31/backdrop.jpg

Upon which emby-server needs to be restarted.

 

This happens as I browse through movie collections, and the issue seems to trigger upon entering a collection to view. I am not playing any media here, just browsing through the emby web interface. I'm suspecting it might "only" happen when the background image has not yet been created/downloaded, as it doesn't seem to crash on collections that have previously downloaded their background.

I was tailing the server log as it happened and the posted error is the only one that actually came up as relevant (and as an actual error). I'm not sure if I can reliably reproduce it now since the background images are now in-place. Is this going to work for you though? :S
