Video playback problems

Hi. I've installed the latest codec pack on my daughter's pc and some films have bad like a jerky picture which stays the same but audio is okay.

 

Any idea what it could be as the same film (Angry Birds the movie) runs okay on mine.

 

Her's is running Window 7 and mine is windows 10.

Theater uses its own codecs and filters. What are settings in Theater?

 

And where did you get the app from?

Emby Theatre app but also the same running through the browser

That sounds more like a transcoding issue. Try playing one, and look in the server dashboard to see if it's transcoding.
