Rotten & Guide question

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Rotten has quit working for me since I redid the meta folders and removed all traces of where I messed up and included the meta with videos in folders.

Unticked box cleared my storage drive meta files out then made a new one, just refreshed on a NEW install after that a perfect working one after Windows 10 updates.

I have reinstalled this plugin many times no avail is it just not working now???

Also I got the Roku and the guide is seamless left to right not broken into long segments as you can do with Roku media player.

Say few 100 movies you have to endlessly scroll right on Emby via Roku

Anyway to change this it is very frustrating I have had to resort to using Roku media player as it has the feature makes it much easier I also bought one for my parents and Roku MP is the only they can use being non-techy they get lost after 10minutes going right lol

Omdb is currently restructuring their api and while doing this they are not including tomatoes data. Hopefully it will be back soon.

Can you please explain your Roku issue in more detail for @@ebr to review? Thanks.

TY for that information the 1st day I used it worked then did the images over next noticed that issue on rotten but all is good thought it was setting on my end.

This could be something I have looked over possibly but have continued looking even though had a ton going on past week with family health issues. I could have swore it did have a grid pattern but to no avail have found a setting in admin or inside the app via roku

On the Emby APP on Roku when I click "Movies" per say and go into it I have 1 line with my entire library that scrolls right the entire length, same for music and all others. It may be me just coming into media serving and getting to know the app but on my PC/Server it has everything in a grid pattern via Emby on Windows.

Once APP is opened through Roku it has MOVIES etc & scrolls right through entire list

Move into Roku Media Player and it has a broke short line grid pulling 50 results per line I believe

Hi.  If you try the beta of the new Roku app you will find a much different presentation as well as full grid options.   Instructions for installing the beta are on the web site.  Thanks!
