Server only Direct Streams no matter what bitrate is set.

Windows Server 3.2.7.0

Android App - 2.8.79

 

Everything is stock both on the server and the Android App.
 

The issue I'm having is that no matter what I set as a bitrate limit on the app or server anything I try to play only Direct Plays/Streams to the phone/tablet.  I have the server set to limit at 5mbps and the phone app is set to 1080p 4mbps and yet I can select a movie and it tries only to direct play it.

 

Something else I've noticed is that the Server dashboard doesn't even reflect any playback is taking place to the phone/tablet.

 

Please let me know what logs you'd like etc.

disregard, I figured it out.  Had to do with how my domain name and sub hosts/ports were set up.
