Cinema Mode / Trailers inconsistent

Long time emby user and always loving it

 

I recently decided to enable the cinema mode / trailers just to give everyone that "at the movies" experience.

 

The problem is, it doesn't seem to always work. Sometimes it'll play a trailer before the movie, and sometimes it doesn't. I started playing random movies just to test this out and noticed that it only plays a trailer for certain movies. To be more specific, if I pick "Movie A" it will always play a trailer before the movie, where "movie B" NEVER plays a trailer.

 

Any ideas guys?

Not all titles will have a suitable trailer available. Additionally the cinema mode settings contain filters that may further restrict the pool of available trailers.

This may or may not be important, but, I DO NOT have local trailers, only the internet trailers plugin.

 

As mentioned, for some movies, it will play 2 random trailers for OTHER movies, where some movies no matter how many times i start it, it NEVER plays a trailer before the movie.

 

Does that make more sense?
