Remote server connection problems

Hi,

 

I have Emby set up on a remote server running Ubuntu. 

 

I can connect through a web browser remotely no problem on https port 8920, but not through Emby Theater.

 

I originally had my Emby Server set up on another remote server running server 2016 and had no problems connecting.

Downloaded direct from the Emby website version  (2.5.40)  running on Windows 10 machine.
