Luke 42078 Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 Hi there, we're sorry to hear about this. Can you please describe the issue in a little more detail? The best thing to do is please provide the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. Thanks !
idude 0 Posted March 19, 2017 Posted March 19, 2017 I've got the same problem! I just go to Live TV and click Add Turner Devices, then I click on Detect My devices and tells to wait a while that it might take a minute but stays forever trying to detect something. All I wanna do is enter an m3u file but I click tuner type I don't get anything, no options to choose.
mupz1690 0 Posted March 19, 2017 Posted March 19, 2017 Hey pal .. What I did was log in via ur iP/port make sure it's all set up right I missed a few things out and now working.. Make sure ffempeg path is set right too but once I done all it has been better than ever
Luke 42078 Posted March 19, 2017 Posted March 19, 2017 Have you tried closing the device detection popup and just entering your m3u info?

Luke 42078 Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Yea sorry, that's because the code on our online web app is a little ahead of your server release, apologies.
