Possible to import watched states from Plex for multiple users?

Does anyone have a workflow for importing the watched states for multiple users from Plex to Emby? Both have plugins for Trakt but I am unsure if they handle multiple users. Do you need a Trakt account for each user?

 

On a side note, having the ability to import users and watched states from Plex naively in Emby would be a great feature and make Emby much more attractive to those transitioning from Plex to Emby.
