clarkss12 304 Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 If your Android device can run LibreELEC, then you can run the Emby server on that. LibreELEC has an Emby server add-on. Keep in mind, that most of the Android devices, except maybe the Nvida Shield, can not do any live transcoding.

Do you think that this would work Regards Heinrichxx Since your device is an Amlogic S905, there are versions of LibreELEC that will run on it. The LibreELEC will run from a microSD card, so your Android OS will be unaffected. You can go back and forth between your Android and LibreELEC very easily. I have the Emby server running on one of my microSD cards running libreELEC on my Amlogic S905 box.
