Are there any clients that do not support SSL now-a-days?  I'm thinking of forcing ssl but don't want to if there is a client out there that doesn't support it.

I can't confirm the Windows Media Server or older Samsung Smart TV clients support it because I haven't used those two, but the rest definitely support SSL/TLS. DLNA would be local so I assume that's not a consideration.

They all support SSL, the question is will the device accept your cert or not.

Do all clients also support HSTS (HTTP Strict Transport Security)?

Most will but some older devices may never get support for that if their operating systems are no longer being updated.
