Cannot add external IDs for new shows

This started happening this morning. Any show I add..the external id field is missing in both the metadata manager and through the library.

When I force the server to scan and refresh, nothing happens.

hi @@Spinner410, it seems to be OK here. Does this new show have any season folders or any episodes? You need at least one of the two in order for the folder to be treated like a tv series. thanks !
