Crestj 68 Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 Just opened ET and noticed the list was empty under settings/manage downloads. Under the sync menu on the server I can see all the shows. Set them to download again and it's working again. Wondered if anyone else has seen this. Not entirely sure what version I am on as I can't find it in the app (latest store install as of 8/3/17) or in the store page!?!

Crestj 68 Posted March 11, 2017 Author Posted March 11, 2017 Just had this reoccur. I had 2 movies sync'd and a tv series. Turned the tablet on after a couple of days (1 tv episode to sync) and I saw the ET Download/Upload process running. It ran for a little too long so I checked the file system and noticed it had created the tmp files again and was syncing the movies again. The "Manage Download" page in the app's settings shows them already sync'd. Not sure if the details for the sync are in the server log but I've attached it anyway. I couldn't find any reference in there. Server-Log.txt
Luke 42078 Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 I've never seen them disappear so I'm just going to chalk it up to the device Id changing during your testing process. if a user using 100% stable reports it then I will look further into it. Thanks.
