Alpha Index crashes Xbox One app

XB1 app version latest  .72?

Emby server Version 3.2.6.1 beta

 

 

Problem: scrolling over to alpha index crashes app and user is thrown out to XB desktop

 

Steps to recreate:

 

Navigate to Movies

All Movies

Click left to put cursor anywhere on vertical Alpha list on left

App crashes immediately

 

This crash does not happen with the Windows store UWP app released today, just the latest XB1 app

Will this automatically update versions or do I have to get the release from the Xbox store?

I just went ahead and forced the update from the store, but I believe both the Windows and XB store will eventually auto update if you let them be long enough.

Yes, the Microsoft Store has automatic updates.
