Appaloosa freezes on splash screen

Hi all,

 

I reported earlier on a similar/same problem with The Magnificent 7 - perhaps ET struggles with Westerns???

 

I can play this on ET residing on the same computer where the server resides.  The movie files are on a NAS device (synology).

 

The freeze occurs on an X Box One S and on a Minix PC.  On an AppleTV device, I get an error message before the movie starts.

 

Attached are the logs from the Minix PC attempt.

Yes, that's correct.

@@Lonald, try using the web app to refresh the title from the detail screen using the 3-dot menu. then try to play it again. let us know if this helps. thanks !

Thanks for reporting back. This is probably due to a defect in an older version of Emby Server. If you see any other folder rips that have no media info at the bottom of the web app detail screen, then you'll want to do the same thing. Thanks !

Got it.  Just as an update, the Appaloosa rip was uploaded with Emby Server 3.2.5.0

 

I'm updating to 3.2.6 now.
