TV recordings are being transcoded.

Was checking to see if the update for the new Emby Theater running on Windows 10 has updated (what will the version number be? Now it is 1.1.70.0).  While testing, I ran a recorded TV show broadcast in 1080i, but it was being transcoded.  Why???  I do not have subtitles turned on, and that is usually my cause for it to transcode.

You're using the windows store app and the Windows 10 universal framework does not provide mpeg2video support. If you switch to the desktop app the available formats will be expanded and this should direct play.

OK, thank you.  Is this a Windows limitation?

Uninstalled the Windows 10 store version, downloaded Windows version from your downloads, now my recordings are direct streaming.
