Hi guys quick question, my mate has just invited me to he's server so I can share he's movies, is it possible for me to change the movie images my end?

Yes, if he gives you admin access. You'll need to use the web app in order to change them, not emby theater.

Any plugins you add to the server are designed to affect your experience with all apps. In other words, you don't need to do anything with them after adding them to the server. Let us know if this helps. Thanks !
