no film or tv show posters

As you can see, what happens often with my setup is that emby looses the posters and then you get this. A rescan of the library does not work (maybe after serveral times?) What is the method to get the pictures back? If I enter a tv show, the season folders are also without a picture, but I do see the pictures of the actors

I'm hanging out here. I have notice the same problem. Many Posters are lost, a manual update dont work. I have to do a manual image search and select one, after this i type F5 and the poster is there.

Look at your tab library, go to manage series folders and there was the option store on mediafolders, i have it only in german.

 

 

Hm i have noticed for movies it works, when i click on manual update, overwrite images and collect only missed one. After that posters for the movies there. But i have normaly all movie posters. The same for series and episodes, i have run in the past ember for testing, and from this i have all posters. Now many missing, sepzialy in series section.

@@kodibart, yes this is what i meant, sorry. since that is enabled, can you confirm your media folders have images for the titles in question? Thanks !

Here are three screenshots from tv-shows

The first is from the main tv-shows page

The second when clicked on the poster of Alias in the first screenshot

The third when clicked on season one folder in the second screenhot

As You can see, there are no images in the third screenshot

To me it doesn't look like any metadata has been gotten at season level (I have an addition TV Maze plugin but shouldn't matter).  What happens if you Refresh the Season?

Please also keep in mind that this weekend there were tvdb outages and that may have contributed to it as well. thanks !
