Adding specific Live TV Channels?

As I understand by adding Live TV to Emby allows me to select a channel from Live TV or pick via the Guide, and the tuner will then tune in that channel.

 

Is there a way I can add direct streams of specific channels to emby and not allow any changing of the channels or guide?

 

For example:

 

If I have in my library: 

   -Movies

   -Music

   -TV

 

And I want to add a Sports Category and under that have two TV channels available:

 

  -Sports

      -Channel 30

      -Channel 21

 

So these two Channels will come from my Cable, (I know I will need two tuners so both channels can be viewed at the same time)

 

What other hardware or software would I need in order to have these two channels available in Emby and not have the ability to change the channel?

 

I am thinking I would need a HDMI capture card of some kind which would take the output from my digital cable box ?  

 

Would I install ServerWMC on a computer and somehow add these 2 channels to Emby?

 

I don't want to record anything from these channels, just have them play live

Any other way you can think of that I can take a single channel and connect it to Emby?

Yes, using the m3u tuner feature. Just create an m3u with a single channel inside.
