Its all good either way. You posted in the right thread in both places. Both pertain to roku, the nowtv is a rebranded roku, no harm no foul. Let me know if you still have issues, or other questions.

Setup? By default the options are preset. This should be enough to get the app working. To make it work better for liveTV in your case, try using a lower value for the max liveTV bitrate. You will find the settings in the preference tile, it has a gear/cog picture. Then in these settings only change options you understand. Any you do not, are probably fine to leave as default.

 

In the blue neon thread it explains all the features etc.. that thread is all the documentation there is for it.
