No transcoding

Since the last update (I suppose), transcoding is not working anymore. Most of the time I use embed at home with direct play so no transcoding is necessary. But this week, I wanted to watch a movie from outside my home and it didn't work. 

Now I'm back home and I try to understand. Even local, when I direct play : everything is fine but when I force transcoding : nothing happens. I have tried with or without transcoding options (throttling, hardware acceleration...) : it's the same. I have installed the latest ffmpeg version and same thing.

Have you any idea ?

All is working again with the 3.2.7 version.
