zabas.net 1 Posted March 3, 2017 Posted March 3, 2017 (edited) Hi: I have CentOS 7 and I have updated my previously emby-server to the 3.2.5.0. version. When I start to play a video in a browser, I can't play it because of a black page that appears instead the player controls, like always, so no video or audio it's showed. In the server log, I can see that the video is processing correctly, like the others times I saw it with previous versions. I detected this problem when I updated this week using yum, so for this reason, I made a new server with this version installed clean instead of upgraded. The problem persists. So I have to recommend not to use this version. Edited March 3, 2017 by zabas.net
kjp4756 41 Posted March 3, 2017 Posted March 3, 2017 No problems here with 3.2.5 on Ubuntu. I'd suggest clearing your browser cache.
gstuartj 40 Posted March 3, 2017 Posted March 3, 2017 Are you trying to play an h.265 encoded file? There's a known bug in 3.2.5 with h.265 videos, but h.264 videos work fine for me.
