Help! Emby keeps crashing and is not displaying my media?

Please help, I connected my hotspot to my computer yesterday and emby tried to download the latest version 3.2.5.0. After this all scheduled tasks were failing and the emby app itself keeps crashing and doesn't let me play my media. I've tried deleting the app and installing the stable one for the website but i get the same thing. Please find pictures of the cancelled scheduled tasks and the error log.

Hi, the logs look OK to me. I would suggest doing the following - uninstall all plugins, then go into Emby library setup, and uncheck the boxes for chapter image extraction for each library that you've turned it on for.

Once you've done this then please try it out and let us know if the issue persists. Thanks.

Hi thanks for the suggestion.

I've just uninstalled 3 plugins but the chapter image extraction wasn't checked?

I've restarted Emby and tried the scheduled tasks again but it's still closing on its own?

Please supply a new log, thanks.

You going to have to troubleshoot your BSOD before worring about Emby.  Google suggest you run memory diagnostics.

Posted

A BSOD is almost always a hardware driver issue.  Usually either memory or graphics.

Yea that looks like a hardware malfunction at this point, sorry.
