How to use the photo uploader from emby app on ios?

Anyone got any pointers?  I have it setup on the server side of things - but don't see how or where to set it up on the ios app?

The next update to Emby for iOS will have the long awaited camera upload feature, which will allow you to upload photos and videos from your mobile device to your Emby Server. Thanks guys.
