Increase scrubbing size on OSD?

Any way to increase the size of the scrubbing on the OSD?  It is painful to be able to slide it one way or the other on video or audio.

Well it's about the same size as the native ios scrubber. the native scrubber doesn't seem to be any easier for what that's worth.

@@Luke Just so we are clear, I'm not talking about the bar across the screen (as that is pretty close to the same size), but the "dot" or current place indicator...those aren't even close.  The Native player (at least for music), is probably 3x as big.  I can grab the native player "dot" (I don't know a better word) on the scrubber really easily with 1 attempt on my iPhone.  On Emby, I have to try about 4x to hope to get it right, and the response is much cleaner/clearer on the native player.
