Starlionblue 82 Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Added new series "Jay Leno's Garage". Initially auto-organize didn't work with apostrophe. "Error code null". Renamed without apostrophe. Same issues. Deleted directory and re-added. Now I get "Internal Server Error" even though auto-organize does know which series it is. Noticed that in the auto-organize screen the target directory is still shown with an apostrophe. Any ideas? Logs here: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1fp0zko2la99wvf/AAB_wpup_sVu206eZmxiBwkxa?dl=0
Luke 42086 Posted February 27, 2017 Posted February 27, 2017 Hi, which of the logs is from the time of the attempt? thanks.
Starlionblue 82 Posted February 28, 2017 Author Posted February 28, 2017 It's actually all of them. I tried restarting Emby a few times, which new log files. I deleted the directory last night, then reran library scan and clean database. Interestingly, both versions of the series (with and without apostrophe) still show up in Metadata Manager. I then added the show directory again, but in an entirely different directory which is in a different library. Then reran scan and clean. Now I can't find the show at all. I've added the latest logs. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1fp0zko2la99wvf/AAB_wpup_sVu206eZmxiBwkxa?dl=0
Starlionblue 82 Posted February 28, 2017 Author Posted February 28, 2017 This is weird. Now even shows I've had for ages show "Internal Server Error" when I try to organize them. The log shows 2017-02-28 15:52:17.8376 Warn App: The user name or password is incorrect. 2017-02-28 15:52:17.8376 Info TaskManager: Organize new media files Completed after 0 minute(s) and 0 seconds 2017-02-28 15:52:17.8376 Info ServerManager: Sending web socket message ScheduledTaskEnded 2017-02-28 15:52:17.8376 Info TaskManager: ExecuteQueuedTasks However the password for the service is correct, both for the user on the Windows machine and on the NAS. I recently changed both.
Solution Starlionblue 82 Posted February 28, 2017 Author Solution Posted February 28, 2017 (edited) Argh! So I changed the Windows password a couple of weeks back. Yesterday I changed my user's password on the NAS. Turns out I had to restart Windows to make it take the change. Once I restarted it asked for network credentials again... And now it all works. Nothing do do with apostrophes or anything. I'm so embarassed. Edited February 28, 2017 by Starlionblue 1
