Must emby rescan the library when changing name?

Just a like thing I just discovered.

 

My main movie library was called

 

' movies - swesub '

 

And I just wanted to make it look better, so I renamed it in emby to:

 

' Movies [swesub] '

 

.. Not good, emby decided to rescan all the movies, so now i got about 100 that needs to be manually identified (I just finished with that yesterday!).

 

Why does emby need to rescan after I just renamed the display name of a library?

@@Luke , that shouldn't be necessary?

It's not like I renamed the movies or the path..
