I've tried everything to get "The Comancheros" and "The War Wagon" into my library, but no sucess. moved them out of the folder and scanned and cleaned the library multiple times but they doesn't appear. And so I hope you can find the reasons in the log. The video files itself can be played by VLC and MPC-HC! And NFOs & Fanart is also present already! Thanks a lot! Right, but if they don't show in search then there is a bigger issue. I have both movies in my library without issue. The log shows chapter extraction failures for The Comancheros.

I've searched for them at the places because of the articles! All my movies after these 2 gets detected perfectly! I don't understand this!
Emby Tower 34 Posted February 21, 2017 Author Posted February 21, 2017 Additional informations: Emby Server finds the folder itself with the movie and creates the NFO and the fanart. But then the movies don't appear in the library!

ebr 16190 Posted February 21, 2017 Posted February 21, 2017 Can you find them in the metadata manager? What is the type of the library they are in? Are there any folders underneath those two movie folders? What are the exact contents of those folders? (screen shot from explorer)
Emby Tower 34 Posted February 21, 2017 Author Posted February 21, 2017 Hello to all! In the morning I was very impatient and made a complete re-install of Emby Server. And then the movies were detected and are now part of my library. So I think it was an issue with the database or similar. If the movies or the has been the problem, they weren't now part of the library. But for further research I can say: At the moment of scanning there was only the video file inside the folder. The library "Movies" has the content type "Movies". Inside the folders with the movies there are no additional subfolders (i like a flatten hierachy). No, the movies weren't available via the metadata manager! So, for me the problem is solved. But perhaps you can detect a rare bug!
