Restricted Access to User Preferences

Just found an issue, where if a user (in this case my kids) have the option "Disable access to user preferences" ticked they are unable to edit their "My Views" to select their content to be grouped into Movies and TV.

 

Not a big issue, I just enabled access, made the change then turned it off again.
