User Profile settings not saving

So I have changed some of my profile settings:

Here is after I made changes prior to clicking Save:

Looks like its not saving the changes that I made, or maybe it is saving, however not displaying that its changed?

You're saying it changed right when you clicked save? how are you verifying?

When I click Save, it says on the bottom left of the screen "Settings Saved"  then when I click the <- arrow to return back to the profile settings and then click on Playback Settings again the options that I changed have reverted back to the previous setting.

 

So I don't know if it actually saved the settings and its just displaying wrong, or if it never saved at all despite telling me on the bottom left of the screen that it had saved?
