Emby not restarting after update

The last couple of days Emby has not been restarting after updating server or plugins. This is a beta install

I'm running into the same issue - clicking 'Restart' never shuts down the old version, just sits in limbo (unless you refresh the page, then it's still running the old version). Occurred going from 102 to 103, and then from 103 to 106 tonight.

This is a know issue on some installations.  The server process does not shutdown fast enough, so the restart fails do to the previous process being hung.
