Rumbaar 13 Posted February 13, 2017 Posted February 13, 2017 Hi, I'm using an iPAD running, I think, 1.3.3 version of the app. When I try to play content, it just sits at a blank screen with the rotating circle. Then it seems to fill the logs with transcode logs (I have debug on) and I have to kill off the app to stop it. I've attached a log of the latest attempt. I'm also having issues with certain files playing on Android devices too.
Rumbaar 13 Posted February 13, 2017 Author Posted February 13, 2017 Try disabling quicksync. That has fixed it, on the iPad and my Note 4.
