Unable to play media content 1.3.3

Hi,

 

I'm using an iPAD running, I think, 1.3.3 version of the app.

 

When I try to play content, it just sits at a blank screen with the rotating circle.  Then it seems to fill the logs with transcode logs  (I have debug on) and I have to kill off the app to stop it.

 

I've attached a log of the latest attempt.

 

I'm also having issues with certain files playing on Android devices too.

Try disabling quicksync.

Try disabling quicksync.

That has fixed it, on the iPad and my Note 4.
