Starkadius 219 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Are the videos playable on the web client if you use the modern IE app?
buhusky 2 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Hello, I've purchased the app both on my Windows 8.1 pc and my Windows phone. Works as expected on my phone and on all my Rokus in the house. The Windows 8.1 app won't play any of the videos, though. I've tried reducing the stream quality but that resulted in nothing. Is anyone else having this problem? it basically tells me the files can't be played. Thanks.
7illusions 1249 Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 Can you try to uninstall the app and then reinstall?
buhusky 2 Posted February 5, 2014 Posted February 5, 2014 (edited) @@Starkadius No, the videos won't play in the web client using the modern IE app. @@7illusions I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working. The web client tells me that it's an invalid source, video error, there was an error playing the video. As I said before, everything is fine on my other devices. Any other suggestions? Where do I find them? Also, Chrome plays the videos just fine on the same computer that IE will not. I'm not sure if that is helpful or not? Something is definitely screwed up with IE.
