JP1911 0 Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 Seems to have been a problem for a few weeks, any newly added media doesn't seem to be downloading the artwork. It collects the meta data fine, but will not get the art. When I come to manually refresh or search I'm just greeting with black images. Any advice would be much appreciated as its the first problem in a long time and as far as I know I haven't changed any settings at all
d00zah 149 Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 I THINK I just sorted out the issue you describe after updating from a fairly old server version to the current stable release. On the 'Library' management tab, select the '3-dot' menu for the library in question & select 'Manage Folders'. Check that all the metadata/artwork features you expect are enabled. You'll need to do this for each library. All of mine seemed to have reset when I updated. Hope this helps.

JP1911 0 Posted February 15, 2017 Author Posted February 15, 2017 Just a quick update, every time i have checked the server there it seems to be scanning, but i have never seen it beyond around 50% so im unsure if it is crashing or there is an error somewhere in there. Not sure if the 2 issues are related
