no video but audio

Hello,

 

I have a problem to play video files recorded with a sat receiver.

Those files are .ts files and while starting this file I only get audio, but no video.

 

Attached is also the directstream log.

 

I hope there is a solution for this.

Server is running on QNap with version 3.2.1.0

I also installed today the new available version for QNap of ffmpeg - 3.2.3

Hi,

 

The recording was created with a satellite receiver called dreambox.

Are you sure it isn't copy protected?  Most such devices are setup so that the items can only be played on the device which created them.

It plays fine with vlc, it plays fine directplay on emby amazon firetv app...
