HDHR Extend - See Channels; no Guide

I'm new to Emby and I like the Live TV interface over the product I'm using today.  I'm using a new HDHR Extend and everything is working except I do not see any guide data. I'm using the stable release on a windows 10 machine.  

 

The channels show and at one point I saw an upcoming movie in the Live TV window, but now it's gone away.  I attached a screenshot of the pitiful, empty guide.

 

The log looks like it's working successfully.  Here's the entries in the log:

Hi, can you please attach the complete server log? are you sure you picked the right channel lineup? thanks.

I attached the entire log.  

 

For Schedules Direct, it shows I'm using USA-OTA-29617  SD-JSON   which is correct assuming Emby-JSON is the correct choice.

I fixed it.  Schedules Direct for some reason did not recognize my zip code of 29617 even though it's valid.  I changed to zip code 29601 and it worked.
