Change omdbapi URL

Is the URL for omdbapi defined in a cleartext file somewhere, so that it can be edited.

When donating to omdbapi gives you the chance to access a mirrored, less traffic server then yes, it would be nice to be able to change to that server

I'm going to give this the rest of the week and see how things shape out, because according to the patron thing the custom urls are intended to be temporary until full functionality is restored. as we get to the end of the week, if it looks like this is going to last a while then I'll go ahead and add a setting. thanks.
