Estuary Mod Skin and Emby add-on and extra fanart issues

Hi

 

I have installed Kodi v17 and I am trying the Estuary Mod skin. The Emby add-on Playback mode is currently set to Add-on default aka Plug-in paths. 

 

Should this affect how the skin finds and displays extra fanart images ? 

 

I asked the question here on the Kodi forum with a screen shot and a more detailed description.

So I changed the Emby add-on settings to use Native (Direct Paths) instead of Addon default (aka plug-in paths) and I then reset the local Kodi database, after the initial sync with the Emby server completed several hours later, when playing music in full screen mode, the CDArt is still not displayed and the extra fanart images are still not shown.

After installing all the required Necessary Add-ons for this skin I now have changing artist fanart images in music playback full screen mode. Not sure which add-on made it start working. Skin Helper Widgets I think was the one.

 

Also the CDArt images stored in my albums folders are now being displayed.

 

Still not sure if I needed direct paths or not.

Your not going to get support here for skin mods. If there is an issue with the default Estuary skin then report it here else keep the other issues to the mod forum of your choosing.
