dbowles1975 25 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 I was wondering if it would be possible for Emby Live TV to support JSON (via remote path) as a guide provider for m3u?
dbowles1975 25 Posted February 10, 2017 Author Posted February 10, 2017 Possibly, but what is the schema? I shot you a PM with the remote path. Thanks.
Jdiesel 1431 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 Just thought I would provide a few more examples for comparisons sake https://iptvguide.netlify.com/tv.json http://199.175.52.89/feed.json
dbowles1975 25 Posted February 11, 2017 Author Posted February 11, 2017 Who decided on the schema of this json? The IPTV provider. It provides EPG data for a Kodi script.
Luke 42077 Posted February 11, 2017 Posted February 11, 2017 So it's proprietary to that one provider?
Jdiesel 1431 Posted February 11, 2017 Posted February 11, 2017 (edited) @@dbowles1975 You may want to look into tvgrabpyAPI. I am using it to combine three data providers, two JSON and one tvxml, into a single tvxml that Emby can use. https://github.com/tvgrabbers/tvgrabpyAPI Edited February 11, 2017 by Jdiesel

I see from your link above that you're using SSTV. Do you already have a compiled xml that you're using with Emby?
