How is everyone managing their old/watched media?

I know the DVR has the functionality to "keep x episodes", but what is everyone using to "keep x" of other stuff?  Is there 1 go-to script or is everyone just rolling their own?  I'm running linux boxes.  Thanks

It think most people here keep everything.  Disc space is cheap and you never know when you may want to go back and re-watch something.

 

I guess exceptions could be things like daily news or talk shows but I don't really watch much of those.  The ones I do, I use our DVR functionality.

Yeah, I keep everything. With TB's of cheap drives or even cheap NAS options. No need to delete, for me. Other than crappy versions, for better versions of media.
