jonatanyl 0 Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 Hello, after updating to 3.2 all descriptions are in English even though everything is set to Portuguese.
Luke 42085 Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 Hi @@jonatanyl can you give an example? perhaps a screenshot? thanks !
jonatanyl 0 Posted February 9, 2017 Author Posted February 9, 2017 The descriptions of the series imported with the new version 3.2 are not in Portuguese even though everything is configured in the administrative panel. Attached images are attached.
Luke 42085 Posted February 9, 2017 Posted February 9, 2017 Does this happen with individual episodes?
seriados 0 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 No, in individual empisodes the description is in Portuguese. Now I am in version 3.2.1.
Luke 42085 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 Thanks. On 3.2.1, try refreshing a series or movie from the detail screen. Let me know if this helps. Thanks !
seriados 0 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 I removed all the videos from the selected folders in the emby, ran the library scan, added the videos to the folder again and performed the scan. Apparently some series stayed in Portuguese others remain in English. I've run tests on multiple computers by always clearing the browser cache.
Luke 42085 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 Did the previous metadata download save nfo files? If yes, then the nfo's are being read so that explains it. Try refreshing a series or movie from the detail screen. Let me know if this helps. Thanks !
seriados 0 Posted February 10, 2017 Posted February 10, 2017 In the video folders there are no saved nfos, where are they saved? I would like to delete them for the emby to download the information again.

With that option disabled the metadata is written to the database. So all the same applies. As requested does Refreshing one series or movie resolve the issue?
