I keep getting an error on my Server that 3.2.0 update fails because the path to the update doesn't exist. My only option is to Restart the Server. I tried rebooting the server hoping it might try to re-download the update, but I get the same error. Is there anyway to force a re-download?

Thanks for the report. I would suggest installing from the website on top of your existing version.

Same issue. I tried to uninstall emby server and was denied, but some files seem lost. cannot start server old or new version. Need advise on removing emby server. I have Admin rights....right down to the exe file under system but I can not delete exe.

any advise would be appreciated.

Please, can you explain in simple terms what that means?

Hi, yes certainly. Just go to the download page of the website:

https://emby.media/download.html

And follow the instructions to download and install Emby Server for your operating system. Let us know if this helps. Thanks !

Hello Luke,

Thanks for the clarity. I guess I was confused because that didn't work for me the past 2 times like it did for Scott750. Here is what I got while attempting this again:

app-update.log

server-install.log

Hope these help

Try rebooting your computer, in case something might be holding a lock on that directory. Thanks !
