W8.1 App: Subtitle/Audio Selection Active indicator

When selecting an audio track or subtitle it does not show an active indicator to know which one is currently in use. Could this be remedied with either a highlight or checkmark like the web client?

Additional: In this example the first subtitle is internal and the second is external, can the app also show "eng - external" if it is an external or whatever the case may be? I can put this is a new topic but I feel I have bombarded this board with too many posts. Thanks.
