moviefan 187 Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 I tried the Emby Preview today for the first time. Seemed to connect to my server okay. Then just sat there with the circle spinning like it was loading for several minutes. Didn't really have a whole lot of time to troubleshoot and wanted to watch something so I just switched back to Blue Neon Light and it worked fine. Anyone else taking forever to load or not loading at all after connecting to server?

Could you provide model and connection type.
ebr 16169 Posted February 8, 2017 Posted February 8, 2017 Can you explain exactly what was on the screen and what you selected? Did you get a list of users? Did you select one? At what exact point did this happen? Thanks.
moviefan 187 Posted February 9, 2017 Author Posted February 9, 2017 I have a Roku 3. I got a list of users and selected my primary user. Seemed to accept it. Immediately after it showed all of my libraries names but the circle was spinning and seemed like it was waiting to fill in the details. After about 60 seconds this changed and it only showed Videos and Music but circle kept spinning and no details filled in. The logged in user doesn't have access to any music libraries either so this was a bit weird. I gave up shortly thereafter. I was connecting via HTTPS. Not sure if that was an issue. Will try via HTTP and report back results if they are any different.
moviefan 187 Posted February 9, 2017 Author Posted February 9, 2017 I switched to HTTP and seems to be working fine. So I guess it's just an issue with HTTPS support.
