Clients take a long time to load

I've been seeing issues with the Web client, Windows 10 Emby client, and the Android client take excessively long times to load. I've let the apps sit and load for over a minute with nothing showing up. I've attached the most recent server log. I'm seeing lines in the log that say "HTTP Response 200 to 10.10.0.1 Time: 1000ms (slow)" I'm not sure why it would trying to hit the network gateway nor do I know why the response would be so slow. Also, the last time this issue occurred the server had 0% CPU load and the Emby server service was only using 340mb of ram. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction as to why this is happening and what I can do to fix it.

So after removing the Cover Art Plugin yesterday all my clients appear to be running much better now. The web client has been more responsive and everything appears to load quicker. I also haven't received any timeout errors on my FireTV clients since removing it either. I'm hoping that the Cover Art Plugin was causing those as well.
