Reinstall of Emby server

Hi

i just reinstalled emby server version 3.2.0 on a QNAP TS 453 Pro with FW 4.2.3 and Qmono 4.4.2.11

Uninstalled old emby, rebooted, installed new Emby, rebooted, but i cannot get in contact with the website on http://10.0.0.2:8096/mediabrowser.

Any help?
