How do i get help?  I posted a new topic on January 21st and got no response.  Now I have a feature issue, and require help but am not happy about the concept of wasting time and energy (not to mention money) on Emby if no help is available (which would be tragic, since most features of Emby are breathtakingly non-intuitive).  Am I missing something about how to get support?

 

My original question was regarding missing alphabetic sorting options in the TV library.  Seems like a pretty severe oversight; is there any chance that will be amended?

 

My current issue is live TV and TV Guide.  I successfully added an .m3u tuner (just one, to start) and an XMLTV guide.  Unfortunately, I cannot view either of them in my Library.  Please explain how to add these features to my Library Home page.

Sorry, but I responded the same day and there was no reply until you posted this.  And yes it has been reported before, and the answers given elsewhere is the goal is infinite scrolling.

Hi, welcome @@chartley9027, the alphabet picker will be restored in a future update, thanks for the feedback on that.

 

As far as Live TV goes, if you click the home button in the top left portion of the web app, the home screen should show Live TV. Do you not have that?

 

Also, what features do you think are non-intuitive?
