Trakt - way to only add blu-ray and HD to collection?

Is there a way to have Trakt only add blu-rays to my collection, and exclude DVDs?

I want to use my trakt profile for friends to pick movies. But then they might pick a DVD, so I've got to review selection adding complexity.

There are no video type filters but the plugin has library folder filters.

Thanks. That should work for me. I'll check it out.

Ok that works well.

For anyone else in the same situation: unfortunately you have to manually delete your trakt collection, one by one. Once synced, it doesn't remove items after they're removed from sync on the Emby side.

Thanks for the update.

I've got a related question: Does the Trakt plug-in sync "Format" tags?

I don't know if this is new and I didn't notice it previously, but there's a metadata filtering option. But filtering on "blu-ray" and my collection shows nothing. I have movies tagged in filenames as  as blu-ray or DVD. It appears this isn't syncing with Trakt. If I change the filtering for 1080p resolution, it shows the couple of movies I converted to MKV and tagged via filename as 1080p. So some of the metadata seems to sync to trakt.

Trakt's system isn't perfect since it doesn't allow to filter on "HD" vs "SD" (or show everything but DVD). But sync'd metadata would be an improvement.

The trakt plugin will send media info based on media info determined by emby. You might have to enable that in trakt plugin settings, I don't recall exactly. thanks.

I have the Trakt plug-in enabled to send metadata. So it's sending file metadata from MKV (1080p, etc.). It's not sending format tags based on filename data. For example, it doesn't send a "blu-ray" format tag for an ISO with the filename "The Princess Bride (1987) - bluray.iso".
