wolverine79936 1 Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 Hi. I have a problem and don't know where to post this, so if the moderators think I am in the wrong forum, by all means, move me please. Anyway, I'm using the web interface for emby... 192.168.1.000:8096 and, while I like the update to the web interface, the pause button keeps disappearing mid-stream and we have to refresh the page and then it comes back. Does anyone else have this problem? Also, is there any way to get rid of the ad for Emby Pro that says I can continue to watch in 8 seconds? That's really annoying and I'm still not positive I want to pay for pro just yet. Sorry. Also, in regards to the web interface... I use to be able to click on the video and it would pause and bring up the control strip at the bottom. Double-click and it would go fullscreen. Now it won't do either since this last update. I could even hit space to pause and it no longer does that. How much longer until keyboard control is enabled for the web interface?
Luke 42085 Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 Hi, yea someone else reported the pause button disappearing and we're still looking into what might be causing that. The spacebar and double click, same situation for those. Those features are there but clearly there's some kind of condition causing them to not work and we're looking into that. thanks !
Koleckai Silvestri 1154 Posted February 2, 2017 Posted February 2, 2017 Yeah, I have the same problems. The spacebar issue happens for me when I go to a different window/monitor and then go back to the player. The spacebar doesn't work until you actually click on one of the player controls. When you switch windows and go back, the same thing happens.

wolverine79936 1 Posted February 3, 2017 Author Posted February 3, 2017 Awesome! Awesome as in yay, it's a known bug that is being worked upon. Not awesome as in sarcasm about the issue. I too am a programmer, I do freelance. So, I understand the frustrations of being told about a bug like this and then having to actually resolve said bug and then trying to ensure that said bug is truly gone before the next release of the project. So, thank you for doing what you are doing to resolve the issue.
Luke 42085 Posted February 3, 2017 Posted February 3, 2017 The best thing you can do would be to try and figure out what actions you take that cause it vs. don't cause it because i'm having a hard time recreating the issue. Thanks !
