Theater for Xbox one use to have restart or resume?

Hmmm... I use to be able to choose a media item from my theater dash in Xbox one under the continue watching selection, and before it started playing I could choose to resume it or restart it.

 

I understand why the restart option was removed, because it is under "Continue watching" section. However, sometimes my daughter will only get through half of Cinderella and want to watch it again... From the beginning (for the "umpteenth" time.... Lol)

 

Would it be possible to consider adding this option back to the theater?
